Ingredients:

Sesame seeds, sumac, thyme, oregano.

May contain traces of sesame, mustard and celery.

Use:

This spice mixture brings a lovely oriental touch to your kitchen. Use it with meat and minced dishes and also to refine salads. Zahtar is a special treat on its own on tomatoes with olive oil.

Storage:

This spice mixture should be stored dry and ideally airtight in order to retain its intense aroma for a particularly long time.
