Your order will be shipped as quickly as possible, so it should reach you within 2-3 business days.
As soon as your order is packed and ready for shipping, you will receive a shipping notification from us including a tracking number and you can track the route of your package.

We send every shipment that we can safely store in an A4 envelope as a letter without a tracking number. This allows the postman to deliver your goods to your mailbox even if you are not at home. Shipments that exceed this size are sent as a small package or parcel and therefore also receive a tracking number. Please note that orders are not processed or delivered on Sundays and public holidays. It can take 1 to 2 days for the shipment tracking link to be updated.

shipping costs Germany

We charge a flat rate of 5.99 euros for packaging and shipping with DHL within Germany.

For a shipping weight up to 0.1 KG we charge 2.50 Euro or up to 0.50 KG 3.50 Euro as goods post with Deutsche Post within Germany.

For orders over 50.00 euros we offer free shipping within Germany!

Unfortunately, collection is not possible for logistical reasons. Shipping to a packing station is only possible with DHL delivery.

The delivery/shipping costs listed above refer to Germany (excluding islands). For delivery to the German islands, please ask us separately for shipping costs. Due to the large variety of our items, it is not always possible to have all items in stock at the Lohmar location. Our goods are delivered from the Lohmar warehouse.

Shipping costs Europe:
We deliver internationally within Europe based on weight with DHL International. For deliveries outside of Europe, we reserve the right to calculate shipping costs according to the Deutsche Post AG table. Please contact us to find out the exact shipping costs. Any customs fees incurred are to be borne by the buyer.
