Wild herbs (herbal tea)

Ingredients:

Raspberry leaves, blackberry leaves, rose hips, marigold blossoms, sunflower blossoms, rose petals, marshmallow root, liquorice, poppy blossoms.

Use:

Pour 7 teaspoons per 1 liter of boiling water over it and let it brew for 5-8 minutes.

Storage:

This tea should be stored dry and ideally airtight to retain its intense aroma for a particularly long time.
