Fennel, coriander, caraway, fenugreek, clover.

May contain traces of sesame, mustard and celery.

Use:

This spice mixture brings a lovely bitter note to your home-baked bread. Add about 2 teaspoons to 1 kg of flour.

Storage:

This spice mixture should be stored dry and ideally airtight in order to retain its intense aroma for a particularly long time.
