Tandoori Masala (spice preparation)

Ingredients:

coriander, cumin, ginger, garlic, chilli, 5% sea salt

May contain traces of sesame, mustard and celery.

Use:

When you think of Indian food, you automatically think of tandoori chicken. The smoky aroma of tandoori meat or fish comes from the clay oven in which the food is cooked, and the sour taste comes from the spicy yogurt marinade. You can use the masala for dishes that are cooked in the oven or on the grill.

Storage:

This spice mixture should be stored dry and ideally airtight in order to retain its intense aroma for a particularly long time.
