Ingredients:

Lemon peel, orange peel, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, ginger.

May contain traces of sesame, mustard and celery.

Use:

This spice mix will help you make the perfect Stollen. We recommend using 10-15g of Stollen spice mix per 1kg of flour.

Storage:

The Stollen spice mixture should be stored dry and ideally airtight in order to retain its intense aroma for a particularly long time.
