Ingredients:

Cinnamon, cloves, anise, ginger, nutmeg, cardamom

May contain traces of sesame, mustard and celery.

Use:

This spice mixture will help you make the perfect speculatius biscuits. We recommend using 20g of spice mixture per 1kg of flour.

Storage:

This spice mixture should be stored dry and ideally airtight in order to retain its intense aroma for a particularly long time.
