Schietwetter (herbal tea)

Ingredients:

Raspberry leaves, rose hips, fennel, apple pieces, aniseed, blackberry leaves, ribwort plantain, peppermint, sunflower blossoms, elderflowers, elderflowers, lemon balm, peonies, woolflower blossoms.

Use:

Pour 7 teaspoons per 1 liter of boiling water over it and let it brew for 5-8 minutes.

Storage:

This tea should be stored dry and ideally airtight to retain its intense aroma for a particularly long time.
