Ingredients:

Turmeric, paprika, onion, garlic, coriander, mustard flour, allspice, pepper, cumin, cardamom, chilli, ginger, thyme

May contain traces of sesame, mustard and celery.

Use:

This spice mixture adds the finishing touch to your fish pan, shrimp, crab or salmon. Fish soups or fried fish are also a delight with the scampi mixture.

Storage:

This spice mixture should be stored dry and ideally airtight in order to retain its intense aroma for a particularly long time.
