Ingredients:

Chili, coriander, cumin, cayenne pepper, rock salt, rose petals, tomato flakes, caraway, garlic, mint.

May contain traces of sesame, mustard and celery.

Use:

Rose harissa, known from Tunisian cuisine, gives many dishes a fiery, spicy note. It can be used as a seasoning for meat, vegetables or poultry, for example. This mixture also gives your chili con carne the final kick.

Storage:

This spice mixture should be stored dry and ideally airtight in order to retain its intense aroma for a particularly long time.
