mussel seasoning (spice preparation)
Ingredients:
Onion, parsley, garlic, pepper, parsnips, carrots, ginger, leek, allspice, nutmeg, celery, cardamom, lovage, thyme, bay leaf, lemongrass, sea salt, lemon fruit powder.
May contain traces of sesame, mustard and celery.
Use:
The mussel seasoning is a select spice mixture for preparing mussels and mussels and is also very suitable for marinades for scampi, crabs and seafood. Boiled fish, carp, trout and herring stock can also be seasoned very well with this mussel seasoning.
Storage:
The mussel spice mixture should be stored dry and ideally airtight in order to retain its intense aroma for a particularly long time.
