Magenwohl (herbal tea)

Ingredients:

Chamomile flowers, peppermint leaves, spearmint, anise, caraway, orange peel, fennel, verbena, mallow flowers.

Use:

Pour 5 teaspoons per 1 liter of boiling water over it and let it brew for 5-8 minutes.

Storage:

This tea should be stored dry and ideally airtight to retain its intense aroma for a particularly long time.
