This spice mixture will enhance your homemade gingerbread, and not just at Christmas time. We recommend using 20g of the mixture per 1kg of flour when making the dough.
Storage:
This spice mixture should be stored dry and ideally airtight in order to retain its intense aroma for a particularly long time.
