Our green Hawaiian salt is mined on the Pacific coast off the island of Molokai. The salt crystals are mixed with mineral extracts. The green Hawaiian salt is mixed with bamboo leaf extract, giving it its typical green color and exceptionally aromatic taste.
Use: This green Hawaiian salt goes well with all dishes that lack a round, aromatic salty note. It is particularly good as a decorative salt when preparing and serving. The green Hawaiian salt is not suitable for use in a salt mill.
