Ingredients:

Chilli, garlic, coriander, cumin, paprika, sea salt.

May contain traces of sesame, mustard and celery.

Use:

Harissa, which is well-known from Tunisian cuisine, gives many dishes a fiery, spicy note. It can be used as a spice for meat, vegetables or poultry, for example. This mixture also gives your chili con carne the final touch.

Storage:

This spice mixture should be stored dry and ideally airtight in order to retain its intense aroma for a particularly long time.
