Our Banasura pepper from the Indian Malabar coast was cold smoked with beech smoke for several days. Freshly ground, distinctive beech smoke aromas mix with the aromas of the finest pepper specialties. The cold smoking process means the pepper retains its characteristic properties, which mix wonderfully with the fine beech smoke.
