Ingredients:

Cumin, coriander, fenugreek seeds, mustard flour, cloves, pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, anise, garlic

May contain traces of sesame, mustard and celery.

Use:

Use this original Indian spice mixture to refine poultry, lamb, minced meat or even vegetables. Only add the masalla at the end of the cooking time so that the full flavor can develop particularly well.

Storage:

This spice mixture should be stored dry and ideally airtight in order to retain its intense aroma for a particularly long time.
