Ingredients:

Cloves, star anise, pepper, cinnamon, fennel,

May contain traces of sesame, mustard and celery.

Use:

The five-spice powder is sometimes expanded to seven with dried ginger, cardamom or licorice. This spice mixture goes particularly well with chicken, duck or pork.

Storage:

This spice mixture should be stored dry and ideally airtight in order to retain its intense aroma for a particularly long time.
