Ingredients:

Lemongrass, blackberry leaves, verbena leaves, lemon balm, blue mallow flowers, sunflower flowers.

Use:

Pour 7 teaspoons per 1 liter of boiling water over it and let it brew for 5-8 minutes.

Storage:

This tea should be stored dry and ideally airtight to retain its intense aroma for a particularly long time.
