Ingredients:
Curry (coriander, turmeric, fenugreek, chili, cumin, ginger, garlic, rice flour, salt) sea salt, corn starch, parsley, natural flavouring (contains celery, wheat, barley), onion, mustard flour, sunflower oil, turmeric.
May contain traces of sesame, mustard and celery.
Use:
This dip mix is easy to make and brings a lovely oriental and slightly spicy note to your homemade dips. Simply stir about 1 tablespoon of the mix into 100g of quark, yoghurt or sour cream, depending on your taste, and leave to soak in the fridge for 30 minutes. Done.
Storage:
This spice mixture should be stored dry and ideally airtight in order to retain its intense aroma for a particularly long time.
