Ingredients:

Garlic, onion, turmeric, parsnips, coriander, cumin, chilli, fenugreek, paprika, pepper, allspice, mustard seeds, ginger, fennel, cardamom, vegetable stock, sea salt.

May contain traces of sesame, mustard and celery.

Use:

This dip mix is ​​easy to make and brings a lovely fruity note to your homemade dips. Stir 2-3 teaspoons into 2-3 tablespoons of water and leave to steep for 3 minutes. Then add about 200g of quark, yoghurt or sour cream.
