Use:
A delicious gourmet salt. Smoky flavor and all-natural ingredients.
The basis for this smoked salt is salt from the Dead Sea. This is cold smoked over beech and has an intense and aromatic smell and taste that is reminiscent of freshly smoked food. It is therefore particularly suitable for everything that should take on the aroma of smoked food.
This salt can give vegan or vegetarian dishes a deep, hearty flavor without using animal products. Season soy products or vegetables with Danish smoked salt and the wonderfully delicious smoky flavor will unfold.
This salt is also particularly recommended for fried or grilled meat, as the smoke aroma significantly enhances the existing flavors and can add the finishing touch to a freshly grilled steak.
The salt is cold smoked over beech wood for 160 hours and turned once an hour.
The smoking of salts originated with the Vikings. Currently, production is limited to around 100 kg per month due to the great effort involved, which makes it particularly precious and valuable.

Storage:
This salt should be stored dry and ideally airtight to retain its intense aroma for a particularly long time.
