Ingredients:

Paprika, curry, (turmeric, onion, garlic, mustard, chilli, coriander, cumin, ginger, fenugreek, pepper, salt, fennel,) ginger, onion, pepper

May contain traces of sesame, mustard and celery.

Use:

This lovely spicy spice blend from Chinese cuisine enhances rice dishes and is also the ideal accompaniment to soups, sauces or poultry dishes.

Storage:

This spice mixture should be stored dry and ideally airtight in order to retain its intense aroma for a particularly long time.
