Refreshing mountain herbal tea

Ingredients:

Fennel, eucalyptus leaves, peppermint, spruce needles, spearmint, blackberry leaves, raspberry leaves, wild thyme, ribwort plantain leaves, rosemary, anise, sage, sunflower blossoms, peony blossoms, elderflowers, gentian root, cornflower blossoms

Use:

Pour 7 teaspoons per 1 liter of boiling water over it and let it brew for 5-8 minutes.

Storage:

This tea should be stored dry and ideally airtight to retain its intense aroma for a particularly long time.
