Ingredients:

Pepper, ginger, allspice, cumin, cayenne pepper, coriander, fenugreek seeds, nutmeg, cloves, cardamom, rock salt.

May contain traces of sesame, mustard and celery.

Use:

Use this Ethiopian and Eritrean spice mixture to season lamb, soups, meat stews, sauces and pastes.

Storage:

This spice mixture should be stored dry and ideally airtight in order to retain its intense aroma for a particularly long time.
