Argentinian spice preparation Asado

Ingredients:

Paprika, onions, pepper, garlic, mustard seeds, sea salt, chili, tomato powder, parsley, allspice, basil, nutmeg, rosemary, turmeric, savory, cumin, bay leaves.

May contain traces of sesame, mustard and celery.

Use:

You can use the Argentinian spice mixture Asado for seasoning and also for marinating fried and grilled food.

Dosage: 1-2 tablespoons per 250g of meat.

Storage:

This spice mixture should be stored dry and ideally airtight in order to retain its intense aroma for a particularly long time.
