Black cumin oil is extracted from the seeds of Nigella sativa L. (black cumin) by gentle cold pressing without extraction agents. The yellow to dark brown, spicy-tasting oil contains valuable essential fatty acids.

Recommended intake:
Use 20 to 25 drops (up to half a teaspoon, approx. 1ml) daily for 3-6 months. Because of its spicy taste, this amount of black cumin oil can also be used in the preparation of salads, roasts or savory pastries.

The recommended intake should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
